Whether updating a single room to remodeling an entire home, we can help with all aspects. This includes selecting and procuring materials, furniture, and lighting, as well as providing floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings based on the scope the project.
New Construction
Our involvement in the new construction process begins right away in the conceptual phase. We are able to help with space planning and initial design elements during the architectural phase, work with builders to determine selection timelines, and be there for all questions from client and contractor throughout the building process so no detail is missed.
Phase I: Initial Consult & Design
Our process begins once we have met and learned more about the project and design style. Once we find out the direction we put together an initial design concept that can include everything from floor plans, renderings and furniture layouts to material selections, lighting and furniture options.
Phase II: Design Presentation
Our presentations will include the documents, materials, and selections for the space as well as any alternative options if requested. We also understand that designing for an intimate space like a home is extremely personal, that is why our presentations are informal, fostering open discussions between designers and clients.
Phase III: Installation
Once the design is finalized, the next and final step is the making the space a reality! Because we are a full service firm we are able guide our clients through every step of the process. We order your materials, lighting, cabinetry, and furniture, then work hand in hand with contractors and installers until the project is complete.
